Sourdough course at Brødsheriffen

Learn how to bake traditional sourdough bread with the Brødsherif (bread sheriff) Peter Fröhlich on his farm in Risemark.

Peter Fröhlich, alias Brødsheriffen, invites you to his farm Lundebrogaard, where he lives with his family and runs a B&B. Here you will explore the world of sourdough together!

During the course, Peter will talk about sourdough and you will bake together. Along the way, you will cook the meals of the day together and Peter will inspire you to make lots of great accessories. Fresh vegetables, olive oil, cumin, fresh herbs, garlic, chilli, good cheeses, chutney and jams.

You will take home a dough for 20 rolls and a fresh sourdough starter. All ingredients are of course organic.

You can find the prices with and without accommodation on the website of Brødsheriffen.

Peter's passion for bread is nothing new! He started baking at a young age and expanded his knowledge at baking courses with great Danish bakers. Over time, Peter developed his own technique, inspired by Chad Robertson from California.
