One of the biggest castle mounds in Denmark. The castle was burned down in 1543 by the citizens of Svendborg. Today only a few remains of the ruin are left in a big, fenced sheeparea. On Viebaeltegaard finds and plates over the last examinations are shown. There is a model of the castle. Open all day.
