Sauna infusion at Rudkøbing Bathing Establishment

The infusion consists of three 12–14-minute sessions, featuring a selection of wonderful essential oils and herbs, accompanied by lovely music. The sea at the town’s beautiful harbour bath offers a refreshing dip between the three infusion sessions.

Sauna Gus is for everyone. Sauna Gus is a loving treat for yourself with plenty of health-promoting benefits. Sauna Gus relieves stress and has a calming effect on the nervous system. Sauna Gus soothes sore muscles, boosts circulation and cleanses the skin.

Please bring:

• Swimwear
• 2 towels, 1 large towel to sit on in the sauna and one to dry yourself with.
• Water bottle and drinking water
• Optional: bathrobe
• Optional: bath shoes/flip-flops

The sauna is located close to Rudkøbing Bathing Establishment, where access to the sea is excellent. There is also access to a simple shelter for changing. Please note that there is no access to drinking water at this location.

Dress code for this gus: Swimwear required (i.e. women must wear a top and bottoms, and men must wear bottoms)
