Meetings and events surrounded by nature

At the Langeland Beekeepers’ Association in Tranekær, small groups can hold meetings in the green surroundings of the Bees’ Garden. The meeting pavilion is suitable for branch meetings and small seminars, amongst other things. The pavilion can accommodate 25–30 seated participants. It is covered and has windows, so participants can sit in the dry and sheltered from the wind, whilst the garden and the countryside are right on their doorstep.

AV equipment and catering

The Beekeepers’ Association has Wi-Fi and a 70-inch screen that can be made available for the meeting, making the pavilion well-suited for presentations, talks and group work. Catering can be tailored to the meeting, with the option of morning coffee and bread from the local bakery, or lunch catering from one of the many local partners in the area.

Combine your meeting with a visit to Biernes Have

A meeting at the Langeland Beekeepers’ Association can be combined with a guided tour of Biernes Have. By arrangement, the Langeland Beekeepers’ Association will explain the life of bees, pollination and the importance of bees for food and nature, amongst other things. A visit to the apiary and Biernes Have thus offers the opportunity to take a different kind of professional break during the meeting day and get some fresh air between the day’s programme items.

Practical information

The meeting pavilion can be booked for meetings and other group activities. Catering and any guided tours can be arranged at the time of booking. The area around Biernes Have has wheelchair-accessible paths.
