Shelter Tullebølle - North Langeland
On the site there are a number of facilities, including a covered dining house, brick barbecue, large playground, lookout tower and petanque courts.
Tullebølle Fritidspark is an association-owned park in Tullebølle, a small town with approx. 500 households located approx. 6 km. north of Rudkøbing.
Beach
Distance to the beach is approx. 3 km, no matter which side of the island you choose. On the east side we have Stengade beach and forest with Oehlenschläger's beech and Løkkeby beach, both nice beaches. On the west side there is Snage or Pæregaard beach, which are very child-friendly, and Åsø beach. You can thus find out about wind direction and always find a beach with shelter.
Tullebølle
The city has a beautiful medieval church and perhaps Denmark's most beautiful and well-kept Dutch windmill, which is only open to the public on Millers' Day.
There are good shopping opportunities in the city: very well-stocked daily groceries and bakeries, which sell coffee in mugs and greased rolls.
The archipelago trail path passes through the park, and the shelter is thus an obvious place to stay when hiking on the path.
